Quality Credit Reporting is committed to protecting personal information and customer data. With this in mind, we have developed a new customer portal which will offer you a Secure Information Exchange which provides best practices under Canadian legislation and Proposed Legislation.
Along with best practices for consumer protection, our objective is to offer new functions to save time by eliminating steps in our order process. Your credit applications, reports, and invoices will be stored in one easy and accessible system.

Security Features:
- We follow a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) for our application, where the backend utilizes the industry-standard .NET Framework 3.5 from Microsoft. The front end of the application uses ReactJS v18.
- We use JWT tokens for request validation, which are valid for 24 hours.
- Passwords are stored in the database using MD5 encryption. We have 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) in place, where a One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to users' email addresses to help validate the authentication request.
- We have implemented necessary checks to prevent unauthorized access to pages and data.
- Additionally, we have redacted sensitive data in stored reports.
